Gracias a Jill Leary por permitirme usar sus fotografías.Approximate finished dimensions: Inside curved edge, 58”/ 145 cm; outside curved edge, 80”/ 200 cm; short (end) edge, 32”/ 80 cm.
Yarn: You will need two 100-g skeins of fingering/ sock yarn. The sample was made with Jilly and Kiddles Fancy Sock, an 85% merino wool/15% nylon blend with 437 yards per 100 grams.. You can choose two colors that are close in tone, or colors that contrast - this design works both ways. Solid/ tonal colors will let you see the stitch patterns and openwork the most. Gently speckled or variegated yarns also work well, but a colorway with intense color changes will tend to obscure the stitch patterns.
Gauge: 22 stitches and 26 rows to 4”/ 10 cm in stockinette stitch. If your gauge differs, it will affect the size of your finished shawl and the amount of yarn used.
Needles: US #9/5.5 mm, or size needed to achieve gauge.

Dimensiones Finales aproximadas: Después de un no muy agresivo ahormado, medida curva interior 58”/ 145 cm; borde curva exterior, 80”/ 200 cm; borde corto (el final), 32”/ 80 cm.
Lana: necesitarás una madeja de 100grs de grosor fingering / sock yarn. La muestra está hecha con Jilly and Kiddles Fancy Sock en “Easy Breezy,” un color teal tonal y “Hint of Spring,” un tonal verde. Puedes elegir dos colores cercanos en tono, o colores contrastantes, este diseño funcionará de las dos maneras. Colores sólidos/ tonales mostrarán mejor los puntos y el calado.
