Sizes: Child (adult small, adult medium, adult large) with finished circumference approximately 18 (20, 21.5, 23)”/ 45.5 (49.5, 53.5, 57.5) cm and finished height: approximately 8"/20 cm or 9.7"/24 cm.  

Yarn:  Worsted weight yarn, approximately 120 - 200 yds, depending on size.

Gauge: 20 stitches and 24 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch

Needles:  US #7/4.5 mm or size needed to achieve gauge.

Notions:  Either 5 or 6 buttons (5/8 - 3/4” size), depending on height of hat.
